According to on-chain analyst Onchain Lens, a dormant whale address that has been inactive for 1.6 years has purchased 3,000 ETH at a price of $2,333, with a total value of approximately $7 million.

The address currently still holds 3 million USDC and may continue to increase its ETH holdings.
